Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and a passion for driving product development and growth.
The Product Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of the product roadmap, including the identification and prioritization of new features and functionality. This will involve working closely with the development team to define, scope, and deliver new products and enhancements.
The Product Manager will also be responsible for conducting market and customer research to inform product strategy and decisions, and for developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in product management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with agile development methodologies
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Oracle's portfolio
